Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get any pictures yesterday, but I wanted to get this update up from round one before round two hits – it just started snowing again.

I have no clue where he got it from, but yesterday we were astonished to see one of our neighbours come down the road in a Bobcat, a small front-loader excavator.  He then proceeded to chunk out a wide path down the road, and even cleared our driveway enough so we can get to our trashcans.

So all the clearance you see in the pictures below is attributable to one resourceful resident, not the town, and not the county.

On the other hand, we’re starting the second round of snow – some estimates go up to 20 inches, some higher.  If it hadn’t been for our neighbor we could have been looking at four to five feet of snow blocking us in and the Town not coming to plow until enough of it melted.
